Blooming, Floating, Falling

An installation of sculpture, mural, painting and animation.

The central sculpture is ambiguous, interactive and meditative, producing low sounds; suggesting, at once, a giant musical instrument and bobbing canoes on the water. Placed by the mural in an airy, naturalesque, environment, the show explores the title themes through the micro worlds of  the painting and animation and the macro world of the gallery space itself, where visitors become players in the scene…
