Frank Moore is an artist based in Liverpool who achieved his BA Hons degree in Fine Art at Liverpool John Moores University in 2000. Frank currently works at his studio located close to Liverpool City Centre in the Baltic Triangle Creative Quarter. Frank’s paintings play with the idea of the familiar an the unfamiliar and demonstrate a prevailing desire to reconcile the real with the unreal and the conscious with the sub-conscious. Frank describes this collection of paintings saying “The work draws attention to human experience and moral behaviour.” The exhibition continues the Arena Studios and Gallery Biennial exhibition programme.
